By accessing or using EstateMarket (estatemarket.rw), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our platform.

1. About EstateMarket

EstateMarket is an online marketplace connecting property buyers, sellers, and licensed real estate agents in Rwanda. We facilitate listings, searches, and communications but are not a party to property transactions between users.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to register. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

3. Listings and Content

Agents and property owners are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, including price, location, and property details. EstateMarket reserves the right to moderate, reject, or remove listings that are misleading, fraudulent, or violate applicable law.

4. Property Viewings and Transactions

Booking a visit through EstateMarket does not constitute a purchase agreement. All property transactions, negotiations, and legal documentation are conducted directly between buyers, sellers, and agents. EstateMarket is not liable for the outcome of any transaction.

5. Agent Verification

We verify agent profiles where possible, but users should independently confirm agent credentials and licenses before engaging in transactions.

6. Payments

Subscription and advertising fees are processed through our payment partners. Bank transfer payments require manual verification. Refund policies for paid services are communicated at the point of purchase.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You may not post false listings, harass other users, scrape platform data, attempt unauthorized access, or use the platform for illegal purposes. Violations may result in account termination.

8. Limitation of Liability

EstateMarket is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform or reliance on listing information.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Rwanda. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Rwandan courts.
